Robert has over 25 years of experience building and leading the growth of Management & Technology Consulting organizations domestically and internationally. Prior to ForwardThink Group Robert was Managing Partner and founded the Financial Services Practice at a leading Management Consulting Firm where he led the business growth to a global reach within 5 years. Robert is responsible in setting the firm’s direction and growth strategy to ensure its continued success. Under his leadership, ForwardThink Group is becoming a highly recognized firm for delivering strategic solutions that allow customers to differentiate themselves from the competition. He has strong financial services expertise from working in both the Asset Management and Investment Banking arenas early in his career.

Nick Trentalange
Chief Operating Officer
Nick has over 25 years experience delivering business and technology solutions for financial services institutions from both a consulting and corporate technology leadership perspective. Nick was a Managing Partner at a large multi-national Consulting Firm and a leader in the Financial Services Consulting vertical responsible for business across the New York Metropolitan region. He was recognized as a key leader in rapidly building the practice across North America. Nick’s expertise in banking, related technology solutions and business management is integral to the successful operation and growth of ForwardThink Group.

Nick also provides direction to client initiatives across banks, brokerage firms, investment firms, and insurance companies. He has extensive financial services corporate experience and was a Managing Director at a Large International Bank in the Global Institutional Banking division responsible for technology solutions across the US, EMEA and Asia.
 

Richard Greco
Chief Financial Officer
Richard has over 25 years of experience as a Senior Financial Executive for both private and public firms. Prior to ForwardThink Group, Richard was a CFO Partner for a high end professional services organization, providing financial services for corporate CFOs for mid-size organizations.
